Summer Accelerated Geometry
Class Description:
The goal of our summer Geometry course if to prepare your child to confidently and successfully navigate their upcoming semester of math. Through expert instruction, collaborative student learning, and cutting-edge technology, we aim to provide you with the best educational experience available this summer!
Class Cost:
$389- payment instructions will be sent to you after I review your enrollment
What’s Included:
*10 live classes, 65-70 minutes in length (for approximately 11 hours of live instruction)
*Each class includes instructional notes, guided practice problems, a homework, homework answer key, and a quiz
*Total learning time of approximately 20 hours
Schedule:
10 Classes - offered on a schedule that meets your needs (if you have 3 or more total learners) OR join another section that’s been created
Class Curriculum:
Class 1 – Isometry and coordinate mapping
Class 2 – Reflection and rotation
Class 3 – Translations
Class 4 – Composite transformations
Class 5 – Angle relationships and introduction to proofs
Class 6 – Quadrilaterals
Class 7 – Dilations
Class 8 – Triangle similarity (AA, SAS, and SSS)
Class 9 – Trigonometry (sin, cos, and tan)
Class 10 – Trigonometry word problems
